2012 FESTIVAL APPLICATION

Apply to Craftproducers Festivals online in 3 easy steps!

  1. Complete and submit the following form
  2. Pay your $150 deposit (no application fee if you apply before January 16! $10 thereafter) by clicking the PayPal button on the following page - pay safely and securely using any major credit card, PayPal account NOT required. (You may also send a check or call with your credit card number, please let us know in the "Notes" section that you will be doing this. Your application will not be processed until we receive your deposit.)
  3. Email 3 photos of your work + 1 of your booth to info@craftproducers.com

We will consider your application complete when we have received
application, photos, & payment confirmation.

Prefer a paper application? Download the PDF here and send it snail-mail with your checks or credit card number. Email images or include a CD with digital files. Slides also accepted. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you would like your CD or slides returned. Do not send printed photos.
